This week I learnt how to...
...that you should always watch rice while you are cooking it! I almost learnt this the hard way as in cooking at tech on Monday. We were making chilli con carne and I was watching the demonstration when I didn't realise that our rice was about to boil over! I had to quickly rush to our bench just in time to lift the lid off the pot and stir the bubbling rice. So remember the next time you decide to cook rice always keep an eye on it!
I know that that was kind of short but I actually can't really remember anything new that I learnt this week apart from this!
