NUTELLA!

Dance moms, the hunger games and candy crush soda saga are all things I am interested in, but right now I have one current obsession. NUTELLA. If you don't know what nutella is (you will want some after reading this) it is a chocolate and hazelnut spread.

Normally  nutella should be served on bread, but I personally prefer to eat it just by itself. If you see me at morning tea and lunch you may know that I am very protective over my nutella. I normally bring nutella portion packs to school (they are just mini pots of nutella) and  I DON'T like people trying to stick their fingers in it (tut, tut ABBY). Nutella is absolutely amazing and there are many different things you can do with it for instance I once made a nutella hot chocolate (recipe will be below). As a final word Nutella is FAB and you should go eat some right now.

Grace's nutella hot chocolate
Ingredients
1 cup of milk
Lots of nutella
Combine the nutella and milk, microvave for 2 mins and stir.
Put back in the microwave for another minute then stir again.
Enjoy

My first few weeks of year 8!

YAY! Its 2015! First of all I just want to say I hope you all enjoyed your holidays and that this is my first official blog post for 2015!

Getting back into school after the holidays isn't easy, well I found it hard anyway. But now it has been a couple of weeks and I think I'm getting back into it. Last year when I first became a year 7 I thought the task system was great, I hated the middle syndicate routines, I always wanted free time. Now that I am year 8 I have grown to love the task system a little less but it still is much better than the middle syndicate. There haven't really been any challenges for me yet I guess as I've done it all before last year, but I'm sure later on in the year there will be some new challenges.

The thing that I am most enjoying this year though is being a year 8! I am especially looking forward to camp as I have heard so many good things about it. Getting up at assembly to say how many points Brigidine earned felt great as well, I am so grateful to be a house captain as I was up against so many people who would have made awesome house captains as well. I am also a little bit sad that this is my last year at St Bens but I am going to enjoy my last year as much as I can!

I hope you are all enjoying your first weeks of school and if you are not enjoying yourself just remember the next holidays aren't that far away!
