    DANCING


It's hard to choose my favorite sport but it would probably have to be dancing. I love to dance and am currently doing ballet and I am going to start contempory, lyrical and jazz again. The benefits of dance are that you get much more upper body strength, posture and flexibility. Dancing is really fun because you get to express your self through it and you make lots of friends. You learn to do lots of different exercises and techniques. You should try dancing if you like to get stronger or more flexible. Dancing is also really good excersise , so if you want to try a different form if exercise dancing is the one.
