Ancient Egypt!

I was so happy when I heard we were doing Ancient Egypt for topic. A few years ago I decided to do Ancient Egypt as my speech for the speech competition. I soon became absorbed in finding out more about it. This term I learnt a lot more about war and weapons, I never really used to think Ancient Egypt had wars. The Nile was another aspect I learnt a lot from. Before I watched the powerpoint about the Nile, to me it was just a boring, old river. I chose how the Ancient Egyptians had fun for my double page spread. I saw the idea on the internet and thought that it would be interesting. My favourite activity so far has been rob my farm. I thought it was clever how that group changed rob the nest's rules to fit in with farming in Ancient Egypt. I really liked doing Ancient Egypt for topic and I would gladly do it again.
